The River Pools are a quick and easy 50 yard walk through the trees from the main pools.  Here you will find numerous pools carved out of the river beach that vary in both temperature and size depending on the time of year.

The main pool that is closest to the river is nestled up against a rock wall with hot water seeping out of the cracks and into the pool.  There is a small creek of scorching hot water which feeds this pool creating a wide range of quickly changing temperatures.  Cool water from the adjacent stream and river mixes in with the hot to create an ever changing fluctuation of temperatures.

Passed the main large pool towards the river is a much cooler pool which is perfect for taking a refreshing cold plunge in in it's calm waters before getting back into the heat.
